The swiss water process is an alternative method of decaffeination that is completely chemical-free, unlike the standard method of decaffeination which uses chemical agents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate.

The swiss water process uses water to remove caffeine gently and specifically from the coffee without the use of chemicals either directly or indirectly. This process allows the beans to retain their natural oils and flavours, making sure the only thing missing is the caffeine. This rich decaf coffee provides a luxurious, thick crema and an elegant mix of chocolate and orange flavours, accentuated with a lovely and lasting finish of spice. An excellent after-dinner coffee that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
